13Thirteen Diaper Backpacks

13Thirteen provides a limited 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects. 13Thirteen will repair or replace, at its discretion any product found to be defective within the boundaries of normal and appropriate utilisation, which excludes normal wear and tear. 

What does Warranty coverage exclude? 

• Rips and tears 
• Faded colours
• Material wearing over time
• Scratches from dragging or rubbing, or normal everyday use
• Stains and dirty spots or splotches
• Excessive zipper wear (e.g. dislodged zipper tabs)
• Bags that have been altered or repaired by a third party 
• Damage resulting from improper washing and/or drying 
• Airline damage

Requests for claims should be presented with proper supporting documentation to validate the claims thereunder. Claims made outside of Singapore may be subject to fees and additional restrictions.

Baby Roo Huckepack

Baby Roo provides a limited 6 months warranty on production defects. Please contact us for more information. 

Boba

Boba provides a 1 year local warranty on manufacturing defects such as buckle issues, flawed printing, irregular printing or stitching. Please contact us for more information. 

Chimparoo

Chimparoo provides a limited 6 months warranty on production defects. Please contact us for more information. 

Emeibaby

Emeibaby provides a 1 year limited warranty against defects in workmanship or materials. Do note that due to the delicate woven wrap fabrics, any pulls on the fabric after using it are always a result of wear and tear and will not be accepted as warranty claims. 

LennyLamb

LennyLamb provides a limited 1 year warranty on production defects. 

Returns will not be accepted if fault is caused by one of the following:

• Small deviation in size, fabric colour, small and dispersed nubs and slubs.
• Wear and tear.
• Mechanical faults or faults caused by incorrect and/or inappropriate care.

Do note that due to the delicate woven wrap fabrics, any pulls on the fabric after using it are always a result of wear and tear and will not be accepted as warranty claims.
